• Academic Achievement: A strong scholastic record is essential to justify consideration for the scholarship. 

• Family Membership: At least one parent or grandparent must be a member in good standing of the Central Texas Home Builders Association. 

• Registration Requirement: Students must complete the registration process to be eligible.
